Sending an SMS campaign at Mobicom's scale involves multiple teams, each responsible for a different part of the process. Before Omnisend, that meant campaign files being emailed back and forth manually, with no clear record of approvals and no visibility into where a request actually stood. Mobicom needed a system that could carry a request from start to finish reliably, without anything getting lost along the way. Turning this into something systemized meant understanding a process that had never been written down, then designing a version of it that could actually scale.

We built Omnisend as a staged approval workflow, guiding a campaign through each team's review and sign-off in sequence, with clear ownership at every step. What used to depend on memory and manual hand-offs is now a single, trackable pipeline — faster, more accountable, and far less likely to break down between teams.
